Silver Lining believes the most important aspect of a home inspection is to reveal the safety hazards that may be present in your potential home. A home inspection is not based on a pass or fail system, instead a detailed list of components is used to evaluate the safety and structure of your investment. Our report and knowledgeable advice will give you the facts to make a confident decision.

A general home inspection takes an average of three hours to complete depending on the size and condition of the house. We offer appointments 7 days a week with the hope that you will be able to attend the inspection. We know you may have a busy schedule and understand that attendance is not always possible. If you are unable to attend any, or all, of the inspection we will meet with you to review the inspection findings in detail as though you were present initially. If you are able to attend the home inspection we will discuss the findings as we conduct the walk-through and take time at the end to talk over any questions or concerns. Once the inspection and report are completed we invite you to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns. Ensuring that you are confident in your decision to purchase is our primary goal!
